    • 1 mango (chopped)
    • rings of pineapple (canned)

    Instructions

    • First, chop up the red bell pepper and yellow onion into small pieces.
    • Preheat your pellet grill to the lowest setting and place the chopped peppers, onions, and hot dogs on the grill.
    • Smoke the peppers, onions, and hot dogs for 45 minutes.
    • While those are smoking, do a loose chop on one mango.
    • After 45 minutes, remove the peppers, onions, and hot dogs from the grill and set them aside.
    • Turn your pellet grill's internal temperature up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
    • Once the temperature has been reached, return the hot dogs and pineapple rings to the grill for 5 minutes.
