Ingredients
- 16 oz Pepper Jack cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz shredded mild cheddar
- 2 – 15.25 oz cans of whole kernel corn (drained)
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1/2 cup cilantro (finely chopped)
- Heath Riles Everyday Rub
Instructions
- Preheat your Z Grills to 250 degrees.
- Add all of the ingredients to an aluminum pan (except the shredded mild cheddar).
- Stir the mixture after 30 minutes.
- After 90 minutes, add the shredded mild cheddar.
- Smoke for an additional 20-30 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite chips.

Make sure to use an aluminum pan to avoid any metallic taste in your dip. If you don’t have access to a Zgrill, you can use a regular grill or smoker to achieve similar results.
