Ingredients
16 oz Pepper Jack cheese
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz shredded mild cheddar
2 - 15.25 ozcans of whole kernel corn(drained)
16 oz sour cream
1/2 cup cilantro(finely chopped)

Instructions
Preheat your Z Grills to 250 degrees.
Add all of the ingredients to an aluminum pan (except the shredded mild cheddar).
Make sure to use an aluminum pan to avoid any metallic taste in your dip. If you don't have access to a Zgrill, you can use a regular grill or smoker to achieve similar results.
