Smoked No Wrap Pork Ribs
Simple no wrap no fuss pork ribs, seasoned and smoked for five hours.

- Z Grills 10502B Pellet Grill
- cherry pellets
Ingredients
- 1 rack baby back ribs
- 2-1 ratio pepper, kosher salt
Instructions
- Unpack your Ribs and dry it off
- Once dried, score the membrane. If you prefer to remove the membrane that would be fine
- Allow ribs to come up to room temperature with rub on.. 15 min.
- Preheat your Z GRILLS 250f
- Once the temperature is reached add ribs
- Let the Ribs smoke at 250f middle rack for two hours(no peeking)
- At that two hour mark check for any hot spots rotate if necessary
- At that 2 hour mark spritz with water or 50-50 apple cider, vinegar and water
- At the 3 hour mark spritz again
- At the 4 hour mark get a temperature reading in the meat in-between the bones
- You should be somewhere around 190f-197f..If you need to let them go another 1/2 hour to reach those temps please do
- Once the proper temp is reached you can foil the bottom and paste with your favorite BBQ SAUCE
- Raise the temperature to 275f and cook for 10 to 15 min.
- Remove and Enjoy!
