Simple no wrap no fuss pork ribs, seasoned and smoked for five hours.

Ingredients
1
rack baby back ribs
2-1 ratio pepper, kosher salt
Instructions
Unpack your Ribs and dry it off
Once dried, score the membrane. If you prefer to remove the membrane that would be fine
Allow ribs to come up to room temperature with rub on.. 15 min.
Preheat your Z GRILLS 250f
Once the temperature is reached add ribs
Let the Ribs smoke at 250f middle rack for two hours(no peeking)
At that two hour mark check for any hot spots rotate if necessary
At that 2 hour mark spritz with water or 50-50 apple cider, vinegar and water
At the 3 hour mark spritz again
At the 4 hour mark get a temperature reading in the meat in-between the bones
You should be somewhere around 190f-197f..If you need to let them go another 1/2 hour to reach those temps please do
Once the proper temp is reached you can foil the bottom and paste with your favorite BBQ SAUCE
Raise the temperature to 275f and cook for 10 to 15 min.
Remove and Enjoy!
