  • 8 ounce  Philadelphia cream cheese
  • tbsp  spice blend


  • Preheat your Z Grills pellet smoker to 225 °F.
  • Sprinkle your favorite spice rub all over the cream cheese block.
  • Put the cream cheese block into a disposable foil pan.
  • Make shallow crosshatches on top of the block using a small, sharp knife.
  • Place in the smoker at 225 °F and smoke for about 2 hours.
  • Serve it with your favorite crackers, and enjoy!
