Smoked Cream Cheese
- 8 ounce Philadelphia cream cheese
- 2 tbsp spice blend
- Preheat your Z Grills pellet smoker to 225 °F.
- Sprinkle your favorite spice rub all over the cream cheese block.
- Put the cream cheese block into a disposable foil pan.
- Make shallow crosshatches on top of the block using a small, sharp knife.
- Place in the smoker at 225 °F and smoke for about 2 hours.
- Serve it with your favorite crackers, and enjoy!
