This was my first recipe with my new smoker….AMAZING!!!!! The Best wings I have ever had. Used sticky finger southern sweet heat sauce.
Great cooking gauge for smoked wings. I marinated party wings for 48 hours in a buffalo chicken & hot sauce mix and used these instructions and now everyone says I’m the chicken wing king!
