What temp/time if I were to smoke instead of grill?
The ideal temperature and time for smoking sausages will depend on the type and size of sausage you’re using. If you using the Z Grills pellet grill, you can smoke sausages at 225-250°F for 1-2 hours or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
