Depending on the products you ordered, they may require multiple boxes or packages to safely ship your product. And if your order has multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive in different boxes on different dates. However, our website currently only allows us to add only one tracking number for an order. So even though you only received part of your order, your order is shown delivered by default.
To solve this issue, we will manually add all the tracking number of all the shipments to your order details, and we will send you an email confirmation for each shipment with details and tracking information. You can check on the status of all shipments using the tracking number from your order status emails.
We also include all the tracking numbers in the account order history of registered users (For easy checkout and tracking, create an account).

Step 2. Click your order number.
Step 3. Under order details, you will see multiple tracking numbers.
Step 4. To see the status of all your shipments, click on the tracking number link.
