With minimal prep and a fast grill time, zucchini is a great vegetable for any meal. Grilled fresh zucchini can be eaten alone, on the side, or as a topping on grilled pizza.

- Preheat your Z Grills pellet grill on medium high.
- Cut zucchini into wedges.
- Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill cut side down 7 minutes.
- Flip and grill for 8 minutes.
