Ingredients
- 6-8 thickly sliced pork loin chops
- 2—12 oz bottles of apple cider
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 freshly diced jalapeno pepper
- 1 freshly diced chili pepper
- 2 medium sized Vidalia onions (diced)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider, oil, and maple syrup. Add diced peppers and spices and mix again.
- Place the meat in a deep pan and pour the liquid mix over it. Cut the onions into strips and place them on top of the meat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat your pellet grill to high heat.
- Remove the meat from the marinade. Grill for 7 to 10 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the chops. Close the lid in the last few minutes of cooking. Ideal internal temperature of pork loin chop is 145°F.
