Grilled Pork Loin Chops

These grilled pork loin chops are soaked in a flavorful marinade and then grilled to perfection. A quick and easy recipe that’s always a crowd-pleaser and perfect for any BBQ or summer gathering!

Ingredients

  • 6-8 thickly sliced pork loin chops
  • 2—12 oz bottles of apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 freshly diced jalapeno pepper
  • 1 freshly diced chili pepper
  • 2 medium sized Vidalia onions (diced)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider, oil, and maple syrup. Add diced peppers and spices and mix again.
  • Place the meat in a deep pan and pour the liquid mix over it. Cut the onions into strips and place them on top of the meat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Preheat your pellet grill to high heat.
  • Remove the meat from the marinade. Grill for 7 to 10 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the chops. Close the lid in the last few minutes of cooking. Ideal internal temperature of pork loin chop is 145°F.
