Ingredients
- 5 pounds of chicken wings (flats and drumettes)
- 2 1/2 tablespoons baking powder

I realy love your Recipe and i realy love my Z Grill
my son gave me a 550 a for my birthday have cooked ribs chicken boston butt , and all turned out great love the flavor and the tenderness of the meat, i will always have a z-grill.
I don’t know how to set my grill to 425°: my settings go from 375° to 450°.
Most likely the “high” setting
Don’t have 425 as the cooking temp if Z Grills don’t have a 425 setting.
