Instructions
Buffalo Sauce
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
- Once melted, whisk in the Worcestershire sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, and granulated garlic until fully combined.
- Stir in the Frank’s RedHot sauce and whisk until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
- Let the sauce simmer on low for 2–3 minutes to let the flavors meld (don’t boil).
- Remove from heat. Use immediately or let cool and refrigerate for up to 1 week
Blue Cheese dressing Dip
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the crumbled blue cheese. For a smoother texture, mash some of the cheese into the dressing; for chunkier, leave as-is.
- Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then stir until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. You can add a bit more lemon juice if you like it tangier.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors develop.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Chicken Wings

- After that, 20 Minutes, turn the wings
- Once turned, cook another 10 minutes
- After 30 minutes, remove the wings and turn up your Z GRILLS to 450f

- It only takes around 5-7 minutes. Once you get the proper color, remove and serve.
