Instructions

Buffalo Sauce

  • In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
  • Once melted, whisk in the Worcestershire sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, and granulated garlic until fully combined.
  • Stir in the Frank’s RedHot sauce and whisk until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
  • Let the sauce simmer on low for 2–3 minutes to let the flavors meld (don’t boil).
  • Remove from heat. Use immediately or let cool and refrigerate for up to 1 week

Blue Cheese dressing Dip

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the crumbled blue cheese. For a smoother texture, mash some of the cheese into the dressing; for chunkier, leave as-is.
  • Add the lemon juicesalt, and pepper, then stir until well combined.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. You can add a bit more lemon juice if you like it tangier.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors develop.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Chicken Wings

  • Coat the chicken wings with 2-3 tablespoons of Baking Powder, then apply your favorite rub. Let rest on a wired rack for up to 2 hours.
  • Preheat your ZGRILLS @250F...
  • Once heated, add the wings middle rack.
  • Cook 20 minutes.
  • After that, 20 Minutes, turn the wings
  • Once turned, cook another 10 minutes
  • After 30 minutes, remove the wings and turn up your Z GRILLS to 450f
  • I remove the top racks and cook the wings directly on the bottom. We are looking for a little sear, and A little char.
  • It only takes around 5-7 minutes. Once you get the proper color, remove and serve.
