Equipment
Z Grills 700D4E wifi pellet grill
Z Grills Oak pellets
Ingredients
1/2Poundmaple bacon(chopped)
1jalapeno cut in strips
1cream cheese slices
extra sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Saute 1/2 pound maple bacon, chopped when cooled
Slice each sausage like a canoe being careful not to cut all the way through
Add one slice to each sausage
Add one slice jalapeno to each sausage on top of the cream cheese
Pile cheddar cheese on to each sausage making sure to cover canoe slice completely
Add bacon bites on top of cheese
Add to a well greased wired rack
Once your z hits 400f add that wired rack middle shelf and cook for 30 minutes or until your desired doneness is reached. In my case it's 185-190(i like my sausage well done)Still juicy and good at that temp. You can also add a tin underneath to keep your pit clean;)... Remove rest(5 minutes)and serve!!
