Equipment

  • Z GRILLS 10502b GEN2 Pellet Grill
  • cherry pellets

Ingredients

  • 1 Rack Frenched Pork Loin Uncle Steve Shake comp cow powder(seasoning)or-you can use S&P&G with great results

Yams Ingredients

  • Yams Cubed up 2x2
  • Salt, Pepper, Granulated garlic
  • Olive oil
  • 2-3 tbs Red wine
  • 1-2 tbs butter

Instructions

  • Unpack your Pork Loin and dry it off
  • Score the fat cap
  • Olive oil binder
  • Season up the Pork Loin let rest. (S&P&G)
  • Cube up your yams 2x2 and add to the bottom of your pan-
    add 1 tbs olive oil to the yams then season with S&P&G..
  • Add the roast on top of the yams. 
  • Preheat your Z GRILLS 375f
  • Add in the Roast-
  • At approximately 1 hour in mix the potatoes
  • At approximately 140-145f remove the roast to rest.
  • After around 15 min resting, slice and enjoy!
  • Add red wine and butter to the yams and mash up
