Ingredients

  • 16 oz Pepper Jack cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz shredded mild cheddar
  • 2 - 15.25 oz cans of whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cilantro (finely chopped)
  • Heath Riles Everyday Rub

Instructions

  • Preheat your Z Grills to 250 degrees.
  • Add all of the ingredients to an aluminum pan (except the shredded mild cheddar).
  • Stir the mixture after 30 minutes.
  • After 90 minutes, add the shredded mild cheddar.
  • Smoke for an additional 20-30 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite chips.

Notes

Make sure to use an aluminum pan to avoid any metallic taste in your dip. If you don't have access to a Zgrill, you can use a regular grill or smoker to achieve similar results.
