Ingredients
- 35 oz Cheese
- 18 oz Water
- 1.5 oz Sodium Citrate
- 35 oz Meat
- 1 can Rotel
- 2 tbsp BBQ Rub
Instructions
- Preheat your Z Grills Pellet Smoker to around 350 ºF using hickory or oak pellets.
- Mixall ingredients ina large pan.
- Place in your smoker and cookforabout an hour, stirring half way through.
- Remove from smoker and serve with your favorite chips.
