Ingredients
- 2 8-ounce block cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
- 1 container of bacon bits
- 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- Your favorite bbq seasoning to taste (I used heath riles garlic jalapeño)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- More green onion to garnish
Instructions
- Set your smoker to preheat at 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch until smooth.
- Add cheddar, Colby Jack, 3/4 of the bacon bits, green onion, and all seasonings; mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture into a grill-safe tray and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and remaining bacon bits on top.
- Smoke for 30 minutes; give it a stir halfway through the process.
