Bacon Wrapped Meatballs aka Moink Balls

Ingredients
- 1/2 pounds ground beef chuck
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped onion i use red
- 3-5 Garlic cloves minced and or chopped
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 pound thin sliced bacon, halved
- 1/4 cup your favorite barbecue rub
- 1 cup your favorite barbecue sauce(
Instructions
- Making the meatballs
Place ground chuck, and all your dry ingredients in a large bowl. Using your hands, mix together until thoroughly combined. Now add your wet ingredients and mix. Roll out meat mixture into balls 1-2 inch in diameter. Wrap half a slice of bacon around each meatball and secure with a toothpick. Season meatballs generously with your rub of choice.
- Fire up the Z GRILLS and set the temp to 325f.. Once that temp is reached in the balls. Cook for 1 hour or until 165f internal is reached. Once reached, remove.
- Glaze.Mix your favorite BBQ SAUCE with some rub to glaze each meatball.
- Cover by dunking each meatball in the glaze. Once all are glazed return to the pit and cook for another 10-15 minutes to set the glaze.
- Remove and serve!!
