Ribs
- Spicy Rib Rub
- ½ cup dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- ½ tablespoons dry mustard powder
- ½ tablespoons garlic powder
- ½ tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
- ½ tablespoons cayenne pepper
- ½ tablespoons smoked paprika
Instructions
Pecan Pie
- Mix all ingredients and add to a 9inch deep dish pie crust
Ribs
- Cook the ribs 3 hours @250f
- Remove ribs at that 3-hour mark and wrap in foil with 4 dabs of butter and some rub. Cook ribs until tender. Proximity 4 1/2 hours
- Remove and let rest 5 minutes
