Smoked Chicken Legs

Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken legs
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup spice rub
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your Z Grills pellet smoker to 250°F.
- Rub oil all over the chicken legs to thoroughly coat them.
- Coat the chicken legs on all sides with the spice rub.
- Place the chicken legs on the smoker. Smoke them for about 2 hours.
- Your chicken legs will be done when the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Once the chicken legs are done, baste the chicken with BBQ sauce and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from the smoker and serve immediately.
