Ingredients
Coffee Marinade Ingredients
1/2cupbalsamic vinegar
1tablespoonolive oil
2tablespoonDijon mustard
2tablespoonhorseradish
1/4cupespresso powder
1/4cup brown sugar
2tablespoonolive oil
2tablespoongranulated garlic
3tablespoonsoy sauce
2teaspoonscoarse ground black pepper
Tri-Tip Ingredients
2.5-3LbTri Tip(cleaned)

Instructions
Prep-
Add all marinade ingredients to a small bowl and mix well. Place tri-tip roasts in a resealable plastic bag. If so, Carefully add in the marinade to the bag andSeal. Place the bag into the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
Once the marinade is done-
Remove the Tr-Tip from the marinade and place in a colander to drain. disregard any marinade but do not rinse the tri-tipAdd some S&P to the Tri(BOTH SIDES)
The Cook-
Once your ZGRILLS has reached that 275f, add in the Tri-TipCook the tri-tip to 110-115 for Med-Rare(approximately 1 hour)once that temperature is reached remove the tri-tipTurn your z grills to its highest temperature(450+)once that temperature is reached sear for 3 min, quarter turn, 2 minutes, flip then cook till the desired temperature is reached. remove let rest 10 minutes, slice and enjoy!remove let rest 10 minutes, slice and enjoy!
