Ingredients
1/2poundsground beef chuck
1/2cupbreadcrumbs
1large egg, lightly beaten
2/3cupmilk
1/2cupchopped onioni use red
3-5Ā Garlic cloves minced and or chopped
1/4cupparmesan cheese grated
1/2poundthin sliced bacon, halved
1/4cupyour favorite barbecue rub
1cupyour favorite barbecue sauce(
Instructions
Making the meatballs
Place ground chuck, and all your dry ingredients in a large bowl. Using your hands, mix together until thoroughly combined. Now add your wet ingredients and mix. Roll out meat mixture into balls 1-2 inch in diameter. Wrap half a slice of bacon around each meatball and secure with a toothpick. Season meatballs generously with your rub of choice.
Fire up the Z GRILLS and set the temp to 325f.. Once that temp is reached in the balls. Cook for 1 hour or until 165f internal is reached. Once reached, remove.
Glaze.Mix your favorite BBQ SAUCE with some rub to glaze each meatball.
Cover by dunking each meatball in the glaze. Once all are glazed return to the pit and cook for another 10-15 minutes to set the glaze.
