Ingredients
1 pound of shrimppeeled and deveined
1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
1/4 cup of fine diced red onion
1/4 cup of green onion
2-3 tablespoons of chopped basil
1/8 cup of chopped mozzarella cheese
2-3 tablespoons of balsamic glaze
1teaspoon of lemon zest
2-3 tablespoons of Pecorino Romano cheese
1 loaf of French breadsliced

Instructions
Making the Shrimp
Preheat your Z GRILLS to 400-450F.
While the grill is heating up, place the diced tomatoes in a bowl and add the fine diced red onion and green onion. Mix well and refrigerate.
Once the grill has reached the desired temperature, add the shrimp. Grill for 1-2 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Remove the shrimp from the grill and clean the grill.
Preparing the Bread
Drizzle some olive oil and balsamic glaze on the sliced bread.
At this time, turn off the grill and grill the bread for 2-4 minutes, watching carefully and turning once.
Once browned, remove the bread from the grill.
Putting It All Together
