Equipment

  • Z Grills Smoker Grill

  • Z Grills OAK Wood Pellets

Ingredients

  • Lane's BBQ Kinda Sweet Sauce: Lanes is one of the best because the taste kick just right.
  • Lane's Sweet Heat rub
  • Costco hot dogs: Go for the medium size because they are easier to handle, and cook better to give this malleable feel.
  • Mayonnaise/mustard: If you have no problem eating high-calorie meals, go for any of them to hold the rub sauce in. If you are going for a healthier meal, I suggest you use vegetable oil instead.
  • Brown sugar

Step 4: Slicing the hot dog

  • To get your desired outcome, you have to slice them up, each hot dog producing about four pieces.

  • Add the hot dogs to an aluminum foil tray.
  • To the tray of hot dogs add a stick of butter.
  • A little quantity of brown sugar to get the graze on the surface.
