8ounce Philadelphia cream cheese
2 tbsp spice blend
Instructions
Preheat your Z Grills pellet smoker to 225 °F.
Sprinkle your favorite spice rub all over the cream cheese block.
Put the cream cheese block into a disposable foil pan.
Make shallow crosshatches on top of the block using a small, sharp knife.
Place in the smoker at 225 °F and smoke for about 2 hours.
