Ingredients
6-8 thickly sliced pork loin chops
2—12 oz bottles of apple cider
2 tablespoons oil
1 freshly diced jalapeno pepper
1 freshly diced chili pepper
2 medium sized Vidalia onions (diced)
3 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons of maple syrup
1 teaspoon of salt
1teaspoon paprika
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider, oil, and maple syrup. Add diced peppers and spices and mix again.
Place the meat in a deep pan and pour the liquid mix over it. Cut the onions into strips and place them on top of the meat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat your pellet grill to high heat.
Remove the meat from the marinade. Grill for 7 to 10 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the chops. Close the lid in the last few minutes of cooking. Ideal internal temperature of pork loin chop is 145°F.
