First, chop up the red bell pepper and yellow onion into small pieces.
Preheat your pellet grill to the lowest setting and place the chopped peppers, onions, and hot dogs on the grill.
Smoke the peppers, onions, and hot dogs for 45 minutes.
While those are smoking, do a loose chop on one mango.
After 45 minutes, remove the peppers, onions, and hot dogs from the grill and set them aside.
Turn your pellet grill's internal temperature up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once the temperature has been reached, return the hot dogs and pineapple rings to the grill for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, remove everything from the grill. Decoration, and serving them.
