Grilled Ham and Cheese

Grilled ham and cheese sandwiches are smoky, crispy, and decadent. This recipe transforms your everyday sliced white bread and deli-sliced ham into something impressive with the help of gouda cheese and freshly grated garlic. The bread gets super crisp, the ham takes on a bacon-like flavor thanks to the wood pellets, and the cheese oozes out with every bite.
