Ingredients
2 pounds chicken legs
1Tbspvegetable oil
1/4 cupspice rub
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
Preheat your Z Grills pellet smoker to 250°F.
Rub oil all over the chicken legs to thoroughly coat them.
Coat the chicken legs on all sides with the spice rub.
Place the chicken legs on the smoker. Smoke them for about 2 hours.
Your chicken legs will be done when the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Once the chicken legs are done, baste the chicken with BBQ sauce and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
