This easy Smoked Queso is made with real cheese and packed with flavor. You may never look at queso the same again!

  • Z Grills Pellet Smoker

Ingredients

  • 35 oz Cheese
  • 18 oz Water
  • 1.5 oz Sodium Citrate
  • 35 oz Meat
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 2 tbsp BBQ Rub

Instructions

  • Preheat your Z Grills Pellet Smoker to around 350 ºF using hickory or oak pellets.
  • Mixall ingredients ina large pan.
  • Place in your smoker and cookforabout an hour, stirring half way through.
  • Remove from smoker and serve with your favorite chips.
